Verus Pro D10 recording issue

I have an Verus Pro D10. Recently I've began having issues with recording scoped waveforms. I have attempted to check voltage drop from a car battery. Voltage drop from a different vehicle and with a low amp clamp around a fuse buddy for the current going to the fuel pump. Most recent, I attempted to watch waveform oscillations from the fuel pump to injectors. The problem is that I can see the changes on the scope but the Verus is not recording the oscillations only the base line. Sounds strange buts that's what I am encountering.

Again, this has just become an issue.

Do you have any saved captures that show the problem? If you can find and send them, we can have a look at them on ShopStream Connect.

I'm not sure if these files can be opened or not. They all shop stream files. I noticed that almost all the shop stream files fill the buffer up to 261 or under but notice the attached screenshot of the live data where the buffer is at 262 and never gets higher than that.
