Verus Edge lost presets

Can anybody help ... for some reason when I go to my presets I get a blank screen. I’m running 18.2.1
I have tried Phil Baileys fix before about this same issue on a video he made and it worked ... but now it doesn’t seem to bring them back. Thx in advance for any help.

Have you tried calling Snap on customer support?
Unfortunately, I don't have any advice beyond that. If you get it working again, let us know.
