All the way from South Africa. I am aware the pico is very expensive. Dan uses a digital VOM with scope function.
could someone direct me to what brand that is. from all the you tube videos I watch, I find mentioned user friendly.

I think you are referring to the Snap On Vantage or the Snap On Vantage Pro.
Both are no longer made, but can be found used on eBay.
