Confirm what it's not, and fix what it is!
Measuring Acceleration with Osciloscope was created by graywave
I was thinking lately about most of the new cars I have been driving, including my 2017 KIA Forte5 2.0 which have horrible hesitation points throughout the RPM band and would like to graph the drop in acceleration and correlate it to other sensors or intake tuning valve actuators to see what might be causing it. I almost think its the activation of these "intake tuning valves" within the manifold that could be causing a brief disruption in the intake airflow.
I was looking for accelerometers and found this one www.picotech.com/accessories/acceleromet...e-axis-accelerometer . Has anyone use these before to measure general acceleration?
