Hi all, thinking about getting pressure transducer for my ultra from snap on. I know I need eems324psa adapter & was thinking 0-500 transducer not sure what else might be necessary. I would like to be able to do vacuum, fuel system, in cylinder compression & transmission. Also with said adapter hooked to scope would I be able to also read coil on other channel same time? What do you more experienced scope users think ? Currently don't have a local snap on dealer but I can meet one a couple towns over

I use a homebuild unit I find the 0-200 transducer the most useful as it covers running compression test and WOT cranking compression test on most gasoline engines. GDI might need higher. The whole setup cost about £20, €25 or 30$ US

Thanks for info. I see snap on sells 100, 500 & 5000 transducers, didn't think 100 would be adequate for testing everything. Your thoughts ?

A little late but if you were going to pick just one I’d go with the 500 psi. CrNking compression is going to be a lot higher than 100 psi on almost any engine out there.
