Curious if anyone has expierenced the top 1/2 inch of the touch screen not responding to touch selection on the main diagnostic vehicle selection page with vin ID, history etc tabs.
as well as the maxi-scope screen (print/save/ etc tabs) The tabs on the settings page at the top function properly on the email page and settings page. This suggests the screen is not dead at the very top which may mean a possible firmware or an OS software re-install procedure. Unfortunately for me, I have not subscribed for the annual vehicle updates (cant justify the cost in that I simply use the Maxisys on my personal vehicles) and tech support said they only offer firmware updates when you subscribe to the vehicle updates which does not speak well for their support as this does not solicit annual vehicle upgrade . Any thought on this would be welcomed!
