Snap-on M4 scope bad

I have a Verus Edge with the M4 scope. EETM302A 4ch.

I'm not sure what happened or when (over 3 years ago) but the scope reads a 12.5v battery at -18v!

I can't get onto the productforum.autorepairdata site. Says my email is registered, but I do not get the email to change my password. That and the site tends to go down ( at least on my end )

Hoping this can be fix/worked out. I don't want to send it in or buy a used one.
Anyone have this kind of issue on this or any scope?

Does it read the erroneous voltage on each channel or just on one?

It's worse than I realized. There is no base line 0 trace shown for any channel. Channel 1 and 2 almost the same, 3 and 4 dead. It's a mess.
