The pictures really explain it all very simple to build but very accurate using a very low cost magnetic level.
The bolts that act as contacts to edge of the wheel rim should be a enough of a distance apart to suit the wheel size and design.

To work properly you either need a very level floor or measure the deviation of the floor from horizontal to apply this as a correction, for example if the floor is 1 degree higher on the left than the right of the car -- this will require 1 degee subtracted from the right wheel and 1 degree added to the left.
Car should be loaded as it would normally be driven and tyres inflated to 40psi
