Help me fix my vehicle

Hello everyone, I have logged this data from my ISUZU vehicle with a K-line using serial data logging software. I have used MAX232 with a USB to TTL converter module, all my circuitry is parallel-connected to the OEM scanner. Here are some screenshots of packet data received. Please help me decode this data. What should I do?

If you look at the ordinals 166, 168 and 170 (last three rows of the third page) your data sent is the 168 row (second from bottom) you will need to look at the hexadecimal conversion chart to determine what was transmitted in service info. The rest of it looks like two modules saying I am alive on the network. By the alternately repeating hexadecimal code on the two previous pages and most of the third.
