Bought a pressure transducer , now what was created by Knoxtech
I recently purchased a Pico 4425 and I have loved playing with it and getting to use it whenever I can. Today I purchased a Pico wps500 master kit after seeing some really interesting things others had used it for. So after purchasing this piece I sat here thinking off all the stuff I wanted to try with it and then I realize there are so many smarter people out there that could do way more with it. I am extremely blessed to not only have the ability (right now ) to be able to afford to purchase this equipment but a extremely supportive family that is fully behind me pursing this passion of diagnostics. With all that being said I wanted to challenge myself to use it as much as possible and really get to know how to use and use it well. I also wanted to help anyone else out that is either looking at getting a pressure transducer or wants info or would just like to see what can come from using one. So if you have questions about it or have a suggestion of a test you would like to see run or anything like that please let me know. I would like for this tool to benefit more than just me. I only ask that any one that has a request be patient with me as my day job right now is not diagnostics and I have a family and this is a new tool to me. so if you have a request or a question I will do my best to get back you on it but it may take some time. My hope is to help some one else out like everyone here has helped and encourage me here on the forum. Thanks

Congratulations on the WPS kit!
I'm seriously considering one, since my Fluke PV350 is starting to flake out.
What kind of test vehicles do you have available? If you have one with VVT, then that's an opportunity to flex your know-how and see if you can spot the timing difference in the in-cylinder waveform. It can be challenging, depending on the VVT system and how much it can change timing, but still worth attempting.
At the very least, you'll get more comfortable with the Pico software.

Thanks tyler. Bought mine from aes Wave and once again got great service from them even after half a dozen emails about the kit.
I could hook it up to a 2009 Acura TL to try the test you mentioned. That would be cool to try and spot it and then take a reference waveform and superimpose it with the pico on a base cam timing waveform to confirm if I spotted or not.
