Does this 5.7L have ignition wires, or just eight COPs?
Looking at one cylinder would be fairly easy with either a secondary probe, or with primary voltage. There's some great ideas for making your own secondary probe here:

Looking at all eight will be a lot harder.
I believe you'd need an SIA 2000 adapter, plus a set of COP flags. You'll have to dig around Ebay and the like to find one:
I've also heard of people laying a long piece of foil tape across one bank of cylinders and connecting a scope channel to it. :huh: Never tried it before, but it may be worth a shot.
