Scanning Abs codes was created by Lottiejoms
Hi, I was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of windows software that can be used to scan Abs codes.
At present I have a faulting Abs sensor and I would like to know which one so I can replace without going to a garage

So you're looking for a laptop based scanner, as opposed to a handheld one? What's the specific vehicle you're diagnosing?

If you're intent on a laptop scanner, you might be better served looking for make specific software, as opposed to ABS specific. AlfaOBD for FCA vehicles and Forscan for Ford/Lincoln/Mercury/Mazda are two great examples.

BlueDriver is another option that offers YMM specific coverage.

There are also handheld scanners from Actron and Innova that advertise ABS code reading, but I don't have any experience with them. :(

You may want to look for the Lexia/Peugeot planet interface with the diagbox and/or PP software. The chinese clones go for about 60 bucks and they do work properly. It's really factory level....
