You have to open the "action" tab and select reply. Then you'll be able to paste, first in a separate window that pops up and then into the message body. Selecting the reply option will also allow you to attach images; you have to watch out for format and size as there are limits for both.

Yo tengo lo mismo pero en un modis edge ,toco los puntos pero dice fallada siempre, que puedo hacer
