signal circuit integrity with ohm meter was created by scopeman
Hi was watching pauls video on using the ohm meter for integrity testing of signal wire .I have found if i put my black lead on battery ground and red lead on signal wire of say a ect or iat sensor on the 200 ohm scale and look at scan tool the reading changes there proving integrity. Also this works on anolog maf sensor if using the 2k ohms scale with black lead on ground and red lead to signal wire.I know paul says to use the red lead on ground but for some reason i prefer the other way.what do you guys think and what else have you tested using the dvom on ohms or diode setting.
