Does anyone know what’s the model number for the multimeter Mr. Danner uses in most of his videos I have a basic wal-mart meter and I wanted to get a decent multimeter that can give me accurate readings

You mean the yellow one he used in most of his older videos? That's the good ol' Ideal 61-352, which has unfortunately been discontinued:

I'm still a fan of the Owon B35T+. It does everything I expect of a multimeter and more, for less than $75.

The Owon B35T is a great meter for the money there might even be better versions available now.
Another one to look at is the Uni-T UT203 --- which has a DC clamp meter function .nb check model number carefully Uni-T make a lot of different types not all have a DC clamp function
