Hi me again wondering if anybody knows how to see ignition waveform of all cylinders in parade fashion like on a Sun Scope, using an MS906 TS Autel scanner with the MP408 oscilloscope set up. I've been able to look at one cylinder at a time. Does the Autel have a built in program like the sun machine when you hook up to coil and one plug wire that will show all cylinders in parade format?

You can do that with any scope on a distributor ignition system. If hooked on to the coil secondary with a secondary probe all you need to do is increase the time base (ie more tome on screen) to shrink each ignition spark event.
If you want to synchronize to the firing order you need two secondary probes with one channel on number no1 plug lead set as a voltage trigger at say 10kv rising.

Wow sounds good thanks, just wish I could see somebody do this and walk through the details, I'm really unfamiliar with the whole process. Can you suggest any videos that might be helpful?
