For DIY (i.e. specific cars) try MitchellDIY or AlldataDIY. They charge per car and year (about 30$/y)
For professionals: Shopkey, Mitchell or Alldata for a much higher price of course.

If you're in the US going direct to the OEM is sometimes the best option.
