Many of the symbols used are fairly universal. I imagine that the source of the diagram you have would have also some kind of key or legend available.
Is there a particular symbol you are unsure of?

Thanks Noah for your feedback, i was able to figure out this diagram, the problem i had was that i wasn't getting enough information from alldata...

I see, sometimes all data isn't everything it could be. Although it had grown substantially better than it once was.
