does anybody else have issues with this test? I was working on a 2002 town car it had a misfire I could feel it. shows no misfire on the test. so then and there im not that impressed with it. get the autel ds708 out power balance shows cylinder 2 misfiring. it ended up being a bad terminal on on the injector connector. fixed it and all good after

Oh yeah, I have problems with it all the time. Had a really wild trip with an F-150 last week that was showing me misfires on all cylinders, engine was totally smooth...
I'll glance at it sometimes, but usually ignore it anymore.

I don't even bother trying that function anymore.
I froze my old Solus trying to graph it on a V8 ford once, and I've never gleaned any trustworthy reliable information from it unless there was a dead miss.

I'll scope the primary on suspect coils on a test drive, can never get the paddle to sit in one place.
Or, I'll follow Mode 6 and just start testing spark and pulling the plug. It's a gamble, yeah, but a reasonably safe one
Havent tried the Autel on one yet, should experiment with that...
