I have the new picoscope 4425 starter kit, I got this because I already have a lot of probes and leads, well I can’t figure how to use the Snap on amp clamp or the Snap on transducer with the Pico! The amp clamp in the 20 amp range kind of work but when I try the 40 amp it goes nuts! On the transducer part it starts about 22 psi unless I zero it on the pico software and the readings are lower than the real pressure, I am connecting the amp clamp thru the banana connection on channel A only, is this correct?
sorry to bother you with this!
Maybe you have try this or it is just not possible! I am ordering amp clamps and the pico pressure transducer, I just don’t want to spend more money if is not necessary.

What is the model number of your amp clamp ? as the Snap-on low amp model I can find is the EETA308D which is 20/60 amp not 20/40 amp.
Have you tried checking the output of the Amp clamp measuring a known current using a DVOM or the oscilloscope on a DC Voltage scale. The voltage to current conversion should be on the front of the clamp and in the instruction sheet. Normally to convert just take the Voltage in mA ie the 1.65 amp current of a 21 watt bulb will read 165mV on the 20 amp scale or 16.5 mV on the 40 amp scale.

I can't find the voltage to pressure conversion for the pressure transducer but if you check the voltage output from the pressure transducer at atmospheric presure is the output 0.5v ?
