I bought a used Ethos Tech with 18.2 on it, upon connecting it to shopstream, it shows it has a valid subscription til 9/19. I went ahead and put 18.4 on it, and all went well. Being I'm a computer guy as well, I backed up the SD card before doing anything.
When I connected to shopstream later, it said not subscribed! Wondering if it was a glitch, I put the 18.2 backup on a separate SD card, and reconnected it, with 18.2 loaded on it, shopstream once again says valid until 9/19 and notified me of the 18.4!?
Is this a glitch? Either way, I can put the 18.2 SD card in when it comes time for 19.2 and go that route (hopefully). If not, I doubt I'll be working on much 2018 stuff anytime soon anyway, so 18.4 will still be fine.
