Hi all
I'm new to the forum so hello to everyone. I've been after a scan tool for a few years but as I don't work in the trade it was not at the top of my "Must have" list.
I've looked at the old Solus Pro, was thinking about a Solus Ultra for a while as I have a friend who has one and have used it in the past. Recently I stumbled across a Verus Pro D10 for a bargain price and thought I just had to buy it, one of the reasons it was cheap was due to it not having the wireless scan module with it which brings me on to my next question, can this unit be used with the ODBII cable or can it only be used with the wireless scan module.
Thanks guys

I think that you can use a cable, but have no experience with that model.
Here's the spec sheet via the snap on site.

A call to tech support may clear things up (I always forget about tech support )

Thanks for the reply Noah, I'm awaiting a response from Snap-on regarding this.
Another question, does anyone know if there is an After Market Bluetooth device that will work with this unit?
Kind Regards

If it was anything but Snap on, I'd say maybe, but likely not.
If you do find something that works, please do share

Verus pro d10 is a wireless scanner, and requires the Bluetooth dongle. If you don't find an economical unit to pair up I just had my d10 get flooded and I'm looking for reasonably priced replacement(hoping to reclaim software from hard drive if possible. ) Also lost my older Verdict D7 same way AND my nearly new $800 snap on battery charger! If I can help email me at monza283@gmail.com.

Hi
I'm thinking about getting a verus pro, a friend told me they always brake and need constant service. Do you find that to be true?
