Is the Hantek HT25 the exact same as the PicoScope MI074 secondary ignition prb?

Is the Hantek HT25 the exact same as the PicoScope MI074 secondary ignition prb? was created by drhf
When you zoom in on pictures of these two probes they look exactly the same. Why would one give better results than the other? HT25 around $20 and the Pico MI074 around $58. Looks to me that both are made by the same manufacturer. What’s your take on this?
