We have the Autel maxisys Elite - a very capable tool but since it is a tablet is prone to "computer problems" and occasionally needs to be rebooted to work again.
Since the last update it often brings up "diagnostic ........ in progress, please exit first" or something like that - the rep says it is from not exiting the previous session fully - but it never did that in the past. None of his descriptions for getting out of it worked so now I simply do a reboot each time I get that message.
