Autel passthru device

Greetings all, I was wondering about the Autel VCI J2534 device and what model is it comparable to. I’m hearing that it only does certain vehicles and the best ones to use are the Bocsh or Drewtec VCI units. Is the MaxiFlash Pro VCI comparable to those or is it its own device, only working on certain models and programming? Thanks for any info, Doug

cardaq m would be my choice.It is expandable for the future as far as i know they are the only ones with chrysler new mega can add on module.
