Test lead extensions

Found this on my local Cornwell dealers truck the other day and really like these things. They let me extend my test leads. I have seen Paul comment on the Snap-On test leads that come with the Verus being too short. I was having the same issue. I ordered two of them (they are cheap). You can find them on Amazon as well

I usually just need one on the ground connection

I bought a power probe master kit a few years back and always use the accessories on my meter and scope.
Thanks for sharing!

I've used that green wire piercing tool, loved it. I think about buying the piercing set all the time, waaaaayyyyy better than the Pomona ones I have.

They're pretty handy, and available individually on most of the tool trucks.
Does anyone use the Power Probe short finder? I have it, just because the set I bought on sale years ago came with it, but have had little need for it over the years.

(Power probe open circuit tool)
You can do the same job for cheaper with this tool. They are both "fox and hound" tools. Makes life so much easier chasing down open circuits.
Red lead goes to the circuit you want to check and black lead goes to body/chassis ground. Run the wand along the circuit with the button pressed and you will hear a tone. When the tone disappears, you found your break.

I used it the other day on a door-ajar light issue on an F-250. About $50 cheaper and it's Fluke.

-Thanks for the info on the dual male banana adaptor. I could use those.
