Spotted this on Amazon not tried it they call it an oscilloscope but the low sample rate really makes it a graphing multimeter but the interesting low (sub £75/80$) price is attractive for anybody starting out or for DIY trouble shooting.

That is neat. For that price it would definitely be worth taking a chance on. Especially for first getting your feet wet. I went through a few cheap scopes when I first started out.If I could go back I would try and pick up a used Snapon product. Something that was traded in for a newer one. Maybe the old Vantage or an old Modis that isn't worth updating the scantool portion but the scope still functions fine.
