Lets say you have one bank that it's FT is close to the +10 threshold while idling and when you put in gear it improves by lets say 5%. It stays that way while you stopped at a red light or stop sign and when you pul in to your driveway. I've seen countless videos where trims at idle led technicians to particular path but not when the gear is in drive. Is this a Ford strategy? Which will be your priority idle or in gear?

I dunno that the change in trims is the fuel system strategy at work, as much as a change in engine load? Like the F-150 I had this morning. Trims were horrible at idle in park, but just a few percent better in drive. Both were well past the P0171/P0174 code set threshold.
My preference would be in park, but maybe that's just habit.
