If you have current level software, you have access to Ask a Tech from Snap On. That's likey the pass code for access to the site.
Once the software is out of date, your subscription to that service up.
I had a free trial a couple years ago. It's kind of helpful, especially if you don't have All data or Mitchell, but it is not a proper substitute for either in my opinion.
