Very handy and seems to work nicely although if you are not careful it could poke holes that are a bit on the large side.

Pic doesn't work Andy.

The one you're thinking of Tuttie is "Phil's piercing probe"
Available from aes wave and the by clicking the tools tab at the top of the page. That one is not a test light, just a really handy probe :)
