Is there a make/model you're interested in working on, specifically? Or, more generalized coverage? I read that you can't justify big money on this, but a used Solus Ultra (with a recent software update) would be fairly affordable, and get the job done.

What exactly are you wanting to do?klingelm wrote: Hello, is anyone aware of any consumer grade scan tools capable of resetting individual PIDs such as fuel trim or defining fuel composition (ethanol percent)? I am not a pro therefore can't justify a Snapon or manufacturer tool.

My rep promised to give me the full $800 back in trade when a used Modis or Verus shows up.
Great scanner, very fast and easy to use. The touchscreen and buttons is a great touch in my opinion.
I still miss my scope...
I'm considering keeping the Solus and buying a stand alone scope.

It's a bit out of budget, but something like this would tick all the boxes, too.
