Dears,

I want to know the rich and lean condition of Lambda. I want to test fuel delivery issue using lambda as my source of diag. what is rich and lean condition of Lambda?

Are you referring to a wide band oxygen sensor?
If not, a rich a/f ratio is less than one. A lean is greater than one.

This might help ---- normal narrowband sensor, the blue trace is the upstream sensor B1S1

Listen to Matt and Andy. ;-) .9 lambda or lower is not unusual during wide open throttle. Very positive numbers (1.5 or higher) are expected during fuel cut deceleration.
