First post.(with exception to my greeting in the new members section.)
I recently purchased an XTool D7S to trouble shoot some issues with my corvette. However when I attempt to register it I get an error indicating "server abnormal please try again later. error code 34" After several attempts on different networks I get the same error.
Anyone else have this issue. I've contacted XTool customer service and am currently waiting for a response.
Purchased from Amazon. I have until 9 Oct 24 to initiate a return...which may happen.
Any insight if anyone else has encountered this would be great.
I did figure it out with the help of their customer support. They instructed me to do a factory reset of the unit. Then let it perform an auto update which loaded ALL the software from scratch. It took a while but all is good now.
