That is because the Verus D10 IS a PC. The Verus is, basically, a laptop computer with Windows. The Snap on Diagnostic Suite is, simply, a PC program that runs on the laptop (Verus).
To view .vsm, .vsc, or .pids files from another PC using Shopstream Connect, first connect both the Verus and PC to the same wifi/local network. Set a password and Enable "network discovery" and "file sharing" on both devices. You should, now, be able to transfer files from one device, to the other.
The files saved by the Diagnostic Suite are save in C:\Users\ShopstreamUser\Documents\Shopstream
Here, you will find 8 different folders. Scan data .pids are saved in "Scanner Data Folder". Waveforms are saved in "Scope Multimeter Data Folder".
Unfortunately, Shopstream Connect does not allow you to browse your local network. You must transfer the file from the Verus, to the PC running Shopstream Connect, manually via wifi.
From the PC, open File Explorer and navigate to the proper folder.
Then you can "copy and paste" or "drag and drop" to transfer the files.
Now, you should be able to view the files with Shopstream Connect.

I have learned more by being wrong, than I have by being right.
