Scanner help was created by Stryped
Looking for an inexpensive scanner capable of crankshaft relearn on a 2010 and 2013 Silverado. I came across this:  a.co/d/4BU6P8Z
It’s a tech2 type clone I believe. Can anyone tell me if this would work and if any additional software or other items would have to be purchased?
also, can something like this turn off the downstream o2 sensor for diagnostic purposes?
Thanks for any help!

Yes, this device will let you do the crank relearn. It does not eliminate-turn off the O2 though. Another option is the Topdon Topscan, which is even cheaper and multibrand.

Will that really perform a crankshaft relearn? It also looks like it requires a subscription???
