I have a dead OTC Genysis Evo scan tool with the 5.0 card and a live OTC Genysis SPX with a 2.0 card. Can I just upgrade the SPX to the 5.0 by swapping the software card or will that cause some fatal error somewhere in the universe? If I cannot just swap, what method can be used to upgrade the 2.0 version in the earlier SPX unit?
