Junk car fail tests?

So here's the deal I have a 03 grand prix im sending to the junk yard very soon but before I do I wanted to do some what would happen if scenarios just for fun! So my plan so far is diesel in the gas tank then add gas to dilute and see how it runs and what it may harm (unfortunately cat is already failing ) and last but not least run it for a short time without oil and see how the crank and rod bearings look after words (I've seen rookies leave oil out of vehicles just wondering if there's any real damage on a 30-60 second trip without oil )
I'm looking for ideas to try before finishing this car off running it dry on oil and maybe even coolant till it hopefully blows engine parts everywhere! I will try to get good video of all these events taking place .!

We have a Mercedes Benz in the shop that made it about 150 miles with no oil before it let loose

Make sure you run it on the rev limiter until she gives up :woohoo:
Also, grab any sensors, harness pigtails and anything else you could use for testing purposes.

An airbag in the bottom of a five gallon bucket full of anything is good for a barrel of laughs.
(Snow, water, a basket ball...)
Diesel in the tank will smoke like a train then quit forever... So maybe do that last..
I've filled them to the top of the valve cover with a garden hose and run them at wide open throttle until eventually it just isn't funny anymore.
You could put plugs and wires in the tail pipe and make it shoot fire, or practice reverse j-turns until you accidently wipe out a nice car (which is NOT an admission of guilt btw).
If you strike a window dead centre with the edge of a good size flat head It'll pop surprisingly easily and quietly.
But, in the interest of actually learning something or helping someone else, you could just capture a bunch of known good waveforms and data pids.
Then reverse j-turns

A crankcase full of water looks like anything else full of water I guess, lol.
And an air bag will only nudge the back of the car.
If it has a MAP and a MAF I'd like to see how the trims respond to an open EGR valve at idle.
I know my Ford goes lean (positive trims), but it has no map.
There was a Subaru a while back with negative trims at idle due to an open EGR, and that car had a MAP and MAF.
I think your Pontiac does too.

I can't even give this car away I've had it listed for sale or part out for nearly nothing and the only person that has been interested was someone wanting the resonator off of it and it's a rusted aftermarket piece and wasn't worth removing let alone welding on another car !Ash03 wrote: Just sell / give the parts away to somebody who needs it instead of breaking it..?

Reverse the starter power and block ground, like in the Bad Engine Computer series? I feel like this is the way to get maximum smoke from any installed modules.
OH! I got an idea! Run the injector balance test on one cylinder, and see how many cycles it takes to hydrolock it. :lol: We're always told you run the risk of bending rods if you don't run the engine between tests, but will it?
