The linked pico video made me try to use a function generator app to feed sound waves directly into a car's audio system while hunting these pesky vibes.
You can do so stationary without road trip.Once you find the correct frequency you start looking for it's origin.
The picture shows the app I use, it covers up to 20 khz, which is way beyond "my audio system" after years in noisy environments...
The app connects by Bluetooth as well as by cable to the car, whatever your phone and sound system will allow.
