Battery maintainer & memory saver combo?

Any suggestions on a good inexpensive battery maintainer and memory saver? (If there's a device that does both)? What I'm looking to do is (1). keep a car battery from going dead while leaving the key on during diagnostic time, and (2). a way to maintain computer/radio memory when replacing the battery. Thanks

I'm not sure if there's a maintainer/memory saver combo out there? Hopefully someone will let us know if there is.

For battery maintenance/charging, I've got one of these Mac chargers:

Google tells us that these are actually a rebrand of Solar/Clore:

This has become my go-to charger for just about everything, including programming events on certain vehicles. The small size means you can install it on the car, use an extension cord and keep the key on/battery charging with the car all the way in the air while doing testing. I've had it for a few years now and has always functioned flawlessly.

As for memory saving, I've been using my GoDiag breakout box. Plug it into the wall, plug it into the DLC and you're good to go.
