I have been using an OTC touch for some years and my old one died and got no power up. I tried different battery, different power cord, opened up the cover nothing looks burn on the board. I bought another 1 that was not activated or updated in hopes of transferring my old hard drive but got an error code. I was just looking to see if anyone could help me hack this thing so I don't have to buy a different scanner. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
