Has anybody seen a upstream O2 sensor signal from a 2012 Cadillac CTS read min @ 1 volt to max 2volts. Sensor signal is switching rate is good. Rpm is at around 2500.

That's a pretty good one. The only time I have seen higher than 1v on an oxygen sensor was because of a short to the heater circuit. Switch rate was really good on that one! (Because it was pwm driven by the heater control circuit, lol)
