Hi all, my EEMS300 has the 14.4 build, which goes up to 2013, I just got a newer car, 2016 malibu LS Limited, would this 14.4 build scan a airbag problem in generic mode? has the 2.5L engine
In generic - OBD2 - mode it will only scan the pcm.
In specific brand mode probably neither, as the Chevrolet vehicle selection menu asks for the year...
Then again, you can just try if it works with the latest option given lin your software.
