100% honestly? ScannerDanner material. :lol: For the engine performance and electrical stuff, anyway.
After having tried a few different brands of study guides, I'm not sure there's a best study material any more. None are perfect, IMO. MotorAge books are pretty good, but tend to be dated at this point, especially on subjects like brakes and steering/suspension. Delmar books tend to be more up-to-date, but also cost more.
The test questions in both can be somewhat... confusing. :lol: They're not nearly as well written as the genuine questions, and can sometimes be pretty confusing. But, they do get you used to the testing format, and can sharpen your test taking skills. With the electronic testing used today, time can become an issue if you're not paying attention.
