I don't think it has a anti theft key. I will look again looks like the Triangle Dodge Key.
I swapped the ECU and got the same results. So I put the original back in. I am getting signal from the computer for the coil it is flashing. I think it may be good, but would have to have it programmed did not know that. Thank you.

I will try and run a Hot wire to the Coil and see if I get any Fire.
