Hey guys I have a question about the location of the fuel pump relay in this 03 Sonata. Mitchell1 has it listed in the center console under Radio but i have pulled the cover and don"t see any relays at all. i found the check port next to the OBDII and checked the grey wire which according to the wiring diagrams comes from the fuel pump relay as well neither it nor the fuel pump have power. Hence the reason I need to find this relay

When i can't find something I just try to look for what it's supposed to look like on rockauto. Maybe someone bolted it somewhere else. 2.4L has metal surface, 2.7L has plastic black cover according to rockauto images. On the 2.4L it's one piece with 8 pins and the fuel pump relay is inside the circuit opening relay I think.

Do you have injector pulse? ECM turn on fuel pump relay while engine is cranking or running. Do you have an RPM signal?
edit: I suppose spark is easier to check, so try that.

I do not have spark Scan tool shows a crank signal but I don't have a scope to verify the integrity.
I also just found out it had a CMP and CKP codes was told it was a p0335 and p0340.
if i am reading the wiring right the CKP is a pull down which gives the ground to power up the FPR. So either bad CKP or PCM?
Would so much easier with a Scope
