2007 Honda odyssey v6  ,I was checking why the battery died on 3 days last time
and I found out that it give me 0.39 amps ? When using the multimeter on the negative cable.
my question is ,is that enough to empty the battery ?

That is quite excessive. The general rule of thumb I go by is anything more than 50mA is a problem. That is 0.050 Amps. In reality, on a car that old I think you will be in the 15-20mA range when fixed. Make sure you are waiting at least 30min before deciding there is a draw, I wait one hour. On Odysseys, it was almost always the sliding door latches not registering the closed position keeping door modules awake or the hands free module not going to sleep.
