2007 Lincoln Marl LT 5.4L 3 valve p0016

I have a 2007 Mark LT with a 5.4 3 Valve with an active P0016. Looking for a known good here. (F-150 is fine as these Mark LTs are not so popular) The Few in Pico's  Library have unknown on the status. This was captured Cranking with VVT solenoids unplugged. Blue trace is my bank 1 CMP, Red is Bank 2 CMP. From what I can find, my peaks on cam sensors should be in sync, with the difference being, when one bank has 3 peaks, the opposing should have 2. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks in advance.

If you decide to do the timing chains and phasers, be sure to check hot idle oil pressure with a gauge first.
If it goes below 20psi, it will never be right.
