Gmc accadia 2008 with 3.6l engine
Check engine light on with code p0019 crank/exhaust cam correlation
is this image enough to make sure that the cause of the code p0019 is timming chain jumped issue?

That image, definitely, shows a bant-to-bank compression imbalance. The most likely cause would, certainly, be a jumped chain.
Capture a cam/crank waveform and compare it to this known good, if you you have any doubt.
