EVAP VENT SOLENOID CONTROL CIRCUIT
Checked the wires at the solenoid underneath the car. Good power. Bi-directionally turned it on and off with the scan tool while watching the voltage on the control wire. (Same test was done plugged and unplugged) when not commanded on reads approx. 450mv and commanded on reads ground voltage at 20mv. Reads the same at the computer. Is this normal operation or is this looking like a bad driver? Need help fast if possible. Thanks guys

Disregard. Found the reference material. Checked the circuit. Open in the solenoid

good fix. When you checked the control circuit when it was commanded off, you shouldve seen B+ through the solenoid winding.
