Q: I can not log in to the site. Tells me there is errors with my login from the old site?

A: With the move we were not able to bring the old database over to the new site.  With that we ask that you re-sign up on the website with your name, username and email or social media.  This will be found on the home page where you would sign into the site on the right side of the page or on mobile at the bottom of the screen.  There you will be able to sign up on the site and we ask that you keep an eye out for your activation email that may make its way to your spam folder.  If you do not get it check there and if you are still having issues, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. Q: I can not log in to the site. Tells me there is errors with my new login?

Q: I would like to cancel my premium subscription. What do I need to do?

A: To cancel the membership, you will need to go to your PayPal account and stop the pre-approved payment in the recurring payments listing, then you won’t be charged. Use the link below to stop recurring payments.

Q: I tried to sign up for the site and i was unable to and had errors when i hit submit.

A: Chances are that the email or username are already registered on the site and when you try and sign up it will give you errors because that username or email is already in use.  Do a username recovery and then a password reset to gain access to your account.  If you can not figure out the email or no longer have access to the email you can email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. Q: I receive an error when I try and log in and it looks like this: "Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet."

A: It is because you did not click on the activation link in the activation email that was sent to you. It is possible it ended up in your spam/bulk email  folder. Q: When i try to log in i get a message that my account has been blocked.

A: You did not click the activation link in the email from the site. You will receive 1 email when you sign up.  The email will be a website welcome email and activation link that you MUST click to have access to your new account.
